Driving sustainable, grassroots change across rural communities through targeted, high-impact programs.

Replacing Empty Minds with Open Ones

1. Education & Literacy

At Wisdome Welfare Foundation, we believe education is the first step from dependency to dignity. Under the leadership of Shahida Shaikh, with 15+ years of grassroots experience, we don’t just run schools — we build ecosystems where every child, youth, and adult can learn, earn, and lead.

How We Are Developing the Education Sector:

1. Foundational Learning

Free schools, learning centres, and tuition programs in tribal belts and urban slums focusing on STEM for girls, multilingual education, scholarships, and bridge courses.

2. Digital & Future-Ready Literacy

Digital literacy hubs teaching AI, coding, cyber-safety, and e-commerce. Solar-powered smart classrooms for villages without electricity, and smartphone training for banking and markets.

3. Inclusive & Accessible Education

Safe learning spaces with special educators and assistive tech for neurodivergent and physically challenged children, plus adult literacy drives for women and the elderly.

4. Skills That Lead to Livelihoods

Green skills vocational training (solar tech, EV maintenance, organic farming), apprenticeships, spoken English, and career counseling for entrepreneurship.

5. Schools as Community Hubs

Centres for health awareness, climate education, nutrition, sports, dance, drama, and libraries to nurture curiosity beyond textbooks.

Delivering Dignity Through Health

2. Healthcare Access

At Wisdome Welfare Foundation, we believe healthcare is not a privilege — it’s a right. Under the leadership of Founder Trustee Mrs. Shahida Shaikh, with 15+ years of grassroots experience in Maharashtra, we bring essential medical services, health awareness, and preventative care directly to underserved populations who need it most.

The Challenge We Address: In tribal hamlets and urban slums, a fever untreated becomes fatal. Women deliver babies without skilled care. Youth silently battle anxiety and depression. Elderly with diabetes or hypertension lack regular check-ups. Distance, cost, and lack of awareness keep millions outside the healthcare system. We exist to bridge that last mile.

Our Approach: From Relief Camps to Resilient Systems:

1. Last-Mile Medical Relief

Regular health camps offering general check-ups, eye & dental care, maternal health, medicines, mobile medical units for remote tribal villages, ambulances, and blood drives.

2. Building Health Infrastructure

Dispensaries, maternity homes, diagnostic centres, and solar-powered Telehealth Kiosks supporting India’s Digital Health Mission.

3. Preventative & Community Health

Mass awareness drives on nutrition, sanitation, family planning, and lifestyle disease screening (diabetes, hypertension, anemia) for women and daily-wage workers.

4. Mental Health & Geriatric Care

Community mental health helplines for youth, alongside geriatric support, monitoring, and homes for the aged where healthcare meets companionship.

5. Disaster & Emergency Response

First responders providing immediate medical relief, clean water, and trauma care during floods, pandemics, or fires.

From Dependence to Enterprise

3. Women & Tribal Welfare

At Wisdome Welfare Foundation, we believe when a woman earns, a family rises and a community transforms. Under the leadership of Founder Trustee Mrs. Shahida Shaikh, who has worked with women’s self-help groups across Maharashtra for over 15 years, we don’t offer sympathy — we create pathways to financial independence through vocational training and micro-entrepreneurship.

The Reality We Change: In urban slums and tribal villages, millions of women possess skill, grit, and ambition — but lack access to training, capital, markets, and digital tools. Widows, single mothers, and school dropouts are often forced into low-paid, unsafe work. Without financial control, they face barriers in health, education for their children, and decision-making at home. We exist to break that cycle.

1. Tech-Enabled Micro-Businesses & E-Commerce

Equipping women and tribal artisans with financial literacy, online product listings, digital payment tools, and direct market access.

2. Green Collar Vocational Skills

Specialized hands-on training in solar panel assembly, EV charging maintenance, and organic farming for sustainable livelihoods.

3. Holistic Empowerment & Safety Hubs

Establishing secure women's hostels, community health clubs, free legal aid counseling clinics, and tribal cultural preservation centres.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY: Healing the Earth, Securing Our Future

4. Climate Resilience & Environment

At Wisdome Welfare Foundation, we believe protecting the environment is not an option — it’s our responsibility to future generations. Under the leadership of Founder Trustee Mrs. Shahida Shaikh, with 15+ years of grassroots experience in climate-vulnerable regions of Maharashtra, we turn climate concern into community action. Our mission: promote green initiatives, mass tree plantation, and water conservation to build a healthier planet, one village at a time.

The Urgency We Address: Tribal belts and rural communities face the first and worst impacts of climate change — erratic monsoons, depleting groundwater, crop failures, and extreme heat. Yet these same communities hold traditional wisdom to heal the earth. We bridge that wisdom with technology, training, and green livelihoods to combat climate change at the grassroots level.

Our Approach: From Awareness to Action

1. Mass Tree Plantation & Forest Regeneration

Engaging rural communities, schools, and youth groups in large-scale plantation drives of native, fruit-bearing, and medicinal trees with geo-tagging and adoption for 80%+ survival rates.

2. Water Conservation & Climate Resilience

Constructing rainwater harvesting systems, check dams, and farm ponds to recharge groundwater while rejuvenating traditional water bodies and promoting climate-resilient housing.

3. Organic Farming & Green Livelihoods

Conducting organic farming workshops to improve soil health and training tribal youth and women in solar installation, EV support, composting, and decentralized e-waste recycling.

4. Green Energy for Last-Mile Access

Driving India’s green energy transition by installing solar power in rural schools, primary health centres, anganwadis, and solar streetlights for women's safety.

5. Climate Education & Mission LiFE

Running Climate Literacy sessions and Green Clubs in schools and self-help groups to champion Mission LiFE practices and eliminate single-use plastic.

2. From Self-Help Groups to Micro-Enterprises

Organizing women into Self-Help Groups with seed capital, bookkeeping training, branding, and e-commerce linkages to scale into tech-enabled collective enterprises.

3. Safe Spaces & Holistic Support

Establishing women’s working hostels, health clubs, free legal aid counseling clinics, and mental health support systems for holistic empowerment.

4. Leadership & Digital Inclusion

Creating community leaders who run training centres, manage producer companies, and navigate GST portals, social media marketing, and online banking.

5. Crisis Support & Second Chances

Immediate shelter, counseling, and 90-day livelihood restart kits for widows, deserted women, and survivors of violence to restore financial identity.

DISASTER RELIEF & REHABILITATION: First to Respond. Last to Leave.

6. Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation

At Wisdome Welfare Foundation, we believe a calamity tests not just infrastructure, but humanity. Under the leadership of Founder Trustee Mrs. Shahida Shaikh, with 15+ years of grassroots presence across Maharashtra, we have stood with communities through floods, droughts, fires, and pandemics. Our mission: provide immediate emergency response, food, medical aid, and long-term rebuilding support — ensuring no one is left behind when disaster strikes.

Why We Are Needed: In tribal hamlets and urban slums, a single flood can wash away homes, schools, and livelihoods built over decades. Government relief takes time to reach the last mile. Children go hungry, elderly fall sick, and families sleep in the open. We bridge that critical gap between disaster and dignity, acting as first responders with deep local trust.

Our Approach: Relief. Recovery. Resilience.

1. Immediate Emergency Response — The First 72 Hours

Rapid mobilization of local volunteers distributing dry ration kits, clean drinking water, tarpaulins, blankets, hygiene kits, and mobile medical first aid.

2. Food, Health & Safety for the Displaced

Running community kitchens with hot nutritious meals, specialized children's nutrition packs, trauma mental health counseling, and secure sanitation facilities for women.

3. Rebuilding Homes, Livelihoods & Hope

Long-term rehabilitation through transitional shelters, home repairs, agricultural seeds and tools for farmers, and micro-grants for small shopkeepers to revive livelihoods.

4. Building Climate-Resilient Communities

Training villages in early warning systems, evacuation protocols, raised housing, check dams, and rainwater harvesting to withstand future climatic disasters.

5. Special Care for the Vulnerable

Prioritizing widows, orphans, disabled, and elderly for long-term shelter, orphanages, and permanent livelihood kits so they never fall into dependency.

RURAL GROWTH & INFRASTRUCTURE: Building Villages That Don’t Need to Migrate

7. Rural Growth & Infrastructure

At Wisdome Welfare Foundation, we believe true nation-building begins where India lives — in its villages. Under the leadership of Founder Trustee Mrs. Shahida Shaikh, with 15+ years of work in tribal and rural belts of Maharashtra, we focus on rural growth and infrastructure that creates opportunity, dignity, and self-reliance at the last mile.

The Gap We Bridge: Rural India has talent, tradition, and resilience. What it lacks is infrastructure — all-weather roads, reliable power, digital connectivity, safe drinking water, and spaces for health, education, and enterprise. This gap forces youth to migrate, farmers to struggle, and women to remain confined. We work to reverse that — by making villages capable of retaining and nurturing their own people.

Our Approach: Infrastructure with Purpose

1. Digital & Green Infrastructure for Smart Villages

Establishing solar-powered digital hubs serving as schools, telehealth kiosks, and skill centres with solar streetlights and irrigation pumps for green energy self-reliance.

2. Water, Sanitation & Climate-Resilient Assets

Constructing rainwater harvesting units, check dams, farm ponds, community toilets, waste segregation units, and e-waste recycling centres for clean and water-secure villages.

3. Livelihood Infrastructure That Creates Jobs

Setting up rural green collar skill hubs, common facility centres for artisan packaging and design, and rural cold storages to retain economic value within villages.

4. Health & Education Infrastructure

Upgrading rural dispensaries, maternity homes, anganwadis, smart classrooms, working women's hostels, and community gymkhanas for comprehensive rural development.

5. Roads, Connectivity & Community Spaces

Partnering with panchayats for last-mile connectivity and developing multipurpose community halls that double as disaster shelters and cultural venues.
